Default question...

when i floor it on like 2nd and 3rd or any gear my car isnt pulling like it used to and it bogs and stutters a little bit when the accelarator is all the way down...could it be a clogged cat???

check cap and rotor..... spark plugs maybe wires would be my first guess fuel filter also

^ Being drunk and starting an inappropriate thread in my case.

OP: check the basic parts covered in a tune-up (cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter). If everything checks out okay, look into some sea-foam to clean up the carbon deposits. If it still hesitates/sputters, it could be O2 sensor(s), or Cat, or anything. Always start with the easiest, and cheapest things.
