Pulsing lights

I have a 99 GSR and all the lights pulse bright-dim-bright-ect... while driving. Is this a common issue? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Im not sure if its a common thing but it sounds to me like you are having an alternator problem. The alternater creates an alternating current, something to keep in mind. Good luck

You could have a loose ground.

Just a head unit and speakers, nothing fancy. I left out that the car has a JDM fornt end and it looks like the side markers were spliced into the turn signal wires. I considered that could have something to do with it, but its something that just started recently.
