what could cause this?

2 weeks ago my air filter got submerged and the car stalled, could that have let moisture into the chamber and corodded the plugs? im about to check it later tonight, but any advice will be helpful to me, thanks

I had those same codes when I had a built head on my OBD2 b18b I was told it was because of the obd2 ecu trying to make adjustments because of the extra fuel and air coming in

 

my cat is stock w/ advanced timing (2 deg) but it has been advanced for about 5 months w/ no problems
