-Pull/vibrate/acceleration

-Pull/vibrate/acceleration
Car pulls to the left (passenger side) very strongly, and the steering wheel vibrates.
Does anyone think it could be the axle on the Pass. Side? Had the car aligned, new tires, new bearings, just stuck.
