Default Problems after engine rebuild, please help!

I have a 96 Integra gsr, and just got finished with the head rebuild, but i took the whole engine out.

put on new Ferrea exhaust valves
put on the new blox itr intake mani.
put on walbro 255lph
put on mishi half rad

The engine internals are bone stock besides ferrea ext. valves as far as i could tell.
I got it in and fired it up but it is very rough idle and very low (750 and lower) and when i add throttle it starts dieing, the really bad part is i also hear fluctuating sqeaks from the engine at idle(might be belt but it fluctuates) and a slapping noise (like the pistons are hitting the valves) but my cam timing is dead on. My distributer is all the way retarded to prevent knock cause i need it warm to adjust ign. timing. Im just waiting to stop the noises and the problem with it dieing when i apply throttle. Once i get that fixed i will adjust timing. ANybody have any suggestions i really don't know what else to do because ive checked everything, i am even running 93 octane(over kill).

First i need to find out what is causing the engine dieing when throttle is applied, i have a small leak in the fuel filter but i don't think thats enough to kill the engine. COuld it be to rich? COuld coolant in the combustion chamber make the slap sound.?

What should i check first? What could be the problem?
PLEASE HELP!

EDit: Just did a valve adjustment and checked compression, all cylinders were 190 psi(cold temp and no oil), that sounds very good to me. Im gonna check the spark plugs and wires. Could it be running too rich for any reason??

I was going to suggest the valve adjustment first, but since you did that allready. I would next think about replacing the FPR with something adjustable. I always went with 18-lph for any N/A setups under 250hp I built. I will assume your going to add something to this setup for future use? If so might want to think about getting some type of engine managment and changing the ign/fuel setup with that as well. Just my 2cents
