Do you have a multimeter that can measure resistance?

The plug is just an easy way to remove the fuel pump. As long as you matched the wires as they were originally connected with the plug there should be no issues.

Did the wire terminals tear off so you're connecting bare wire, or did you plug them together without the plastic harness?

If the connections are tight with the right polarity, then the shaking is unrelated.

ok i did match the wire but by color coz when i decide to do it the wire were already poping out the plug so i didnt know if it was really by color if it right and it really by color even when it was in the harness the black and yellow one goes with the black and white one? coz now there no more shaking but my gas light pop sometime when the car is almost full of gas.. if i could only get a picture of someone else stock harness i would be happy .. also if i plug it wrong you think it could make the car smell gas when i get to 4-5k rpm and it also puff white now..i guess it send to much gas then needed coz i also check my exhaust and you see the unburned gas go out

Without looking at my wiring personally, it's a good guess that matching black to black, no matter what secondary colors, should work. The yellow/green wire is the power wire - it should have +12V when the key is on.

Plugging this incorrectly will not make any gas smell appear. At worse you'll blow a fuse, really. Watch out for sparks around the fuel pump area, though - bad idea. You have some leak in a line, or the fuel pump flange, or some other area.

That second cover by the passenger c pillar is the fuel level sending unit. Perhaps during your repair you messed with that wiring?

Are you sure it's actually gas you're seeing coming out from the tail pipe?

The ones with just grommets are for the ABS wiring. Don't mess with those. The other one with the metal cover is the fuel gauge sending unit.

If you make an itemized list of what's going on, we can deal with them one at a time.

Is the fuel pump wired back up?

Are the seats back in?

Read up on chapter 11 that Tamboo linked to. If something's not clear, reference it and we can clarify.
