got a B16 and having problems with the timing belt tensioner.seems the tensioner is hitting the bracket that bolts up to block for the mount.checked everything and have the correct timing belt.need help asap.thanks

 

well, it should be close, but certainly not touching.

edit: i think this picture is a b18. the b16 has a shorter timing belt since the block is not as tall.
