problem with power antenna
there is a band that connects the two gears togeather to raise or lower the antenna you have to tear the motor apart and but the band back on, thats what happened to mine, i think my system knocked it off..

That's how mine was when I bought the car. There is a white band with teeth on it that is probably broken that raises and lowers your mast. I have seen replacement kits for about $10 but have never used them, since I managed to break the antenna motor when I went to take it apart. (oops) I got an OEM factory unit off ebay for about $20 - no problems since then.
Some ppl replace the antenna with the Honda S2000 unit, but I've heard the reception is less than stellar when installed in our tegs.
Good luck.

sometimes when my car has been sitting there not running for like 3 hours it will randomly make weird *** noises that I think are coming from the antenna motor, no idea why.

what you need is called an antenna "mast" its the actual "airial" (sp) the mast is the part that goes up and down it has a plastic gear that runs the length of the "airial" they break over time. i would highly suggest you get one from the dealer and carefully read over the directions on how to replace, if you have never done it it can be a pain in the ***. but once you know how its very easy.
