Default Problem with my L-Bracket

The two bolts that go on the bottom of the L-bracket on my car are stripped, they fell out while i was driving and its causing the motor to rock back and forth. Would it be best to just rethread them a size bigger, i think they're 17mm, so should i just re thread to a 18mm or 19mm and use bigger bolts, or helicoil it and put inserts, im not sure how exactly to fix this problem. Any input guys?

On the 3rd gen they are 19mm....and usually it means it's time for a new trans case.

well i just switched the trans casing because the holes that the mount goes into were stripped, im just going to helicoil it , as long as i can get the bolts to stay in. The long bolt on top is a 12x61, and the bolt on bottom is a 12x31, so im going to get the helicoil kit and probably bring it up to a 13 or 14 and just put the insert into it. Im gonna head to the junkyard tomorrow and pull out the two bolts
