I have a 96 DC integra and sometimes when i take off real slow the power steering acts up... it feels like a flat tire.

Its like the power steering pulses on and off rapidly for a couple seconds then goes away above 10 mph or so...

I noticed i have a power steering leak that only leaks fluid until the resevoir is about half full..

Its leaking from a power steering hose right under the resevoir.

Could this cause air to get into the system causing my problem? Thats my guess...
