i just got a 1990 Integra Ls and i was wondering what kind of potential it has for going fast. What kind of basic mods can i do to make it quicker than stock?

 

I just did an intake on mine and am pretty happy with it. I heard you can't get a lot of gains with H/E without modding the engine itselff (ie cams).

 

Depends.... you have to decide if you want to go all motor or end up Forced Indcution... how much do you want to spend ? That decision will actually decide where you should start... But if you just have a hop up devil on your shoulder... go for a new intake Cold air intakes produce very nice results as a first mod. Don't know what condition the engine is in, but if you want to run premium gas all of the time... you can also have your ignition timing advanced. (fairly cheep)
