Possible Hydrolock?
Ah, ****.
So today I was almost home when I got right in the middle of a really bad storm. Starting pouring rain torrentially, and even hail. It all happened really fast. I noticed the hail and I was like, oh **** hail, and the rain was so bad I almost couldn't see anything. I hit a puddle, which to be honest was not very big, and the car stalled. I do have a CAI, but, I don't think the puddle was deep enough honestly to submerge the entire thing. I didn't hear any bad noises, the car just stalled. I tried cranking a few times then quit because I didn't want to cause any more problems. It sounded normal when it cranked.
I have searched and I think I am going to try to get the water out of it. I am just looking for comprehensive advice on what exactly do to. From my understanding, I should pull the plugs and crank it to shoot the water out. Should I pull the fuse for the fuel pump? I have a new, extra set of spark plugs so I can just throw those on there. Once it's clear of water, is tehre anything else I need to do? It's still raining so I will not be able to look at this probably until Friday. I am concerned, but I am hopeful since it shut off right away and I have not turned it back on yet. Thanks. Car is a 90 Integra, only engine mods is the CAI.

Ok so I checked everything out today.
There was no water in the motor, thankfully. I found a few drops inside the intake tube by the throttle body, but it was very little. I put my spare, new set of plugs in and drained the oil - it was perfectly fine, nothing in it at all. Put some new oil in. The car will still not start, but I am leaning toward a spark issue at this point. I had my friend check to see if the plug arc'd when I cranked and he said it didn't. I am guessing when I hit that puddle something got wet. I am going to try a new cap/rotor, then plug wires, then a distributor (starting cheap lol), but I am hoping it just needs dried out. The cap looked fine on the inside. The CEL is not throwing any codes, and it sounds normal when it cranks, but just can't quite turn over.
