Hey just wondering if u just had a pod filter on the end of the stck intake piping........if u put an aftermarket piping kit on it would it go much harder or sound better?

 

Im guessing youre asking would it make any difference to remove the stock airbox and slap on lets say a k&n air filter on the stock intake arm.

It will definitely be louder, but you probably wont notice any power gains if youre all stock. If you put on some aluminum piping Im not sure if the sound would change on your setup. Mine didnt when I went from a stock intake arm and k&n filter to an HKS short ram.

 

no i already have a pod filter with the stock intake arm.....what im asking is would it make a difference if i got the simota intake arm???
