ok i have a 1990 acura integra b18 non v-tek i cant get it to stay running i just bought it and tryin to get it going. she dosent shoot me any codes and when i was trying to do the timing i cant spin the cams all the way around im getting fuel for sure and im getting spark for sure sometimes i can get it started but it runs for a few seconds at less than 1000RPM .if you have any ideas ,,thanks,,
oh yeh when doing the timming do i set it at the white mark or the red ?

distributor, ignitor, ignition coil, firing order.....could be many things.
do you have spark?

 

have you tried squirting some starting fluid into your intake manifold to see if your car starts? dont worry it wont harm any of your sensors, I had to do that to my integra when it wouldnt start and it started after i squirted some starting fluid into the intake manifold. when i did my timing i set it to the white mark on the crank pulley

I'd say check what king_j said
