Default 90 integra issues

Okay it's my g/f's car and this is wat happens... She starts the car it runs good for just a sec. and dies.. she puts her foot on the gas to try and keep it runnin and it still dies, and you hear the intake suckin like crazy, as far as i know the fuel and spark is good, it just DIES, and if she keeps tryin it'll start and run fine.. but Just sometimes has its dead moments that it don't want to run?! Any idea's!?

an CEL's? id say start simple and be sure your getting spark, fuel, and timing is correct. check your distributor cap and rotor. make sure youre fuel filter's clean. intermittent issues are tough to diagnose. does it act up when its cold? after it's warmed up? randomly?

test the coil in the distributor there should be about 1.1 ohlms between + and -. if not replace it. That should solve the stall issue. As far as not restarting change out the main relay or repair the connections inside it. There is a how to at www.nzintegra.com

i wanna go off and say it's the main relay, common in older cars to have that problem. my car did it too, and it was the main relay.
