My friend has a da with a b16, we were taking the cruise control out and after we got it out went to start the car it ran 4 like 30 seconds and then i heard a CLICK. Put the cruise control back on but i still dont know what it could be. Mabie the fuel pump checked everything i could think of.
Please Help Me car is stuck dont know what to do.

 

i heard a click when i took out my cruise too, i have no idea what it was, but it went away after i disconnected the button...

 

did your car sart up after that i just tried it again and nothing, it turns over but wont start please help me guys i dont know what it could be. The wire that runs from the throttle to fire wall is still in though.

ur car didnt start? that blows.. i didnt realize that, yeah my car never died/didnt start... it just made a weird nose... how the hell would taking the cruise out affect anything tho? are u sure its cause of the cruise control?

 

I dont know i checked the distributor, spark plug wires, starter, and the injectors. it could be fuel pump but i dont know cause i dont have a pressure guage , i dont know i need to getmy car fixed asap, thank u LSTEG96 for trying to help, any thing is appreaciated

 

y are u taking ur cruise control out anyway? it weighs hardly anything..

k we got the car started tonight but its not running the same it goes to 8k rpm still but the car has no power. Could trying to start the car and it turning it over so many times bend A or the valves?

The sound of vtec is still there but know power if any can help us out would be appreaciated thanks
