This is in response to the original posters request: jokr78 (5:19 PM 5/13/2005): KEWL.. i need the torque spec for the head to block, rods, and cams....?

For STOCK parts (i.e.: not using ARP headstuds, etc):

CAMS:
After putting on the cam cams, camshaft holder, you need to torque the holder down according to these settings:
20ft-lbs (apply engine oil to threads)
Outer 4 bolts of holder (6mm bolts) should be torqued @ 7.2ft-lbs
Camgears should be torqued to the cams @ 41ft-lbs

HEAD:
Cylinder head should be torqued down in two stages. The first stage, they should all be torqued to 22ft-lbs. Then to 63ft-lbs. Engine oil should be applied to bolt threads.

BLOCK:
Bearing caps should be torqued @ 56ft-lbs
Rod bolts should be torqued @ 33ft-lbs for the B18C1 and 23ft-lbs for the B18B1

IMPORTANT: These should all be torqued down in sequence, of course. In a criss-cross pattern

Lemme know if you need more specs. There are a lot more here, obviously.
