Plan of Attack!
I got a 91 Acura Integra GS. Its bone stock right now. In a couple weeks im adding cold air intake, Headers, and cat-back exhaust. What else would be good add ons for good horse power? What add ons will work together and such.
Im new to building high HP cars and am very enthusiastic. I just dont know where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you're building what you claim to be "high HP" cars, then you're headed in the wrong direction already. A stock LS w/ an intake, header (no "s") and exhaust is not going to be a very high horsepower car...at that point, you'd be lucky to see 140whp out of it. If you want it to make power, your only viable option is turboing it.
So basically what your saying is my only option is a turbo? maybe i didnt word my question right. I am wondering what things I should add before a turbo. I mean I may be wrong but I dont think I can just throw a turbo kit on a stock motor. what i am wondering is what should I add to get ready for the turbo
Let me rephrase my answer...
Your only option to make a lot of power on an LS is to turbo it. Yes, you can waste your time with I/H/E but it isnt going to do a thing for you. Also, in order to turbo your car, you have to get rid of the header, CAI, and small diameter exhaust anyway; therefore, if you're planning to boost, dont bother with simple bolt-ons right now. You can boost on the stock motor and the NA parts aren't going to be useful if you do decide to turbo.
Figure out a real budget and goal for your car....boost may not be for you. Its all dependent on your goals

To be honest, if you're going turbo you might as well skip the i/h scene and just save for the turbo... getting i/h now would be a waste of money since turbo will replace those parts.

So, if you are going to go turbo, why would you buy a header, and cai? These will both be void if you go turbo, its pointless to spend the money on them.

either turbo it, or lsvtec it. those are your only two options. the NA route will not take you very far and more likely than not youll be dissapointed with your NA attempt. oh yeah, theres always the jrsc.. it all depends on what you want to use your car for

no those are not his only options
forget the ls/vtec, if you want vtec swap in a b18c1 or if you have the cash go b18c5
h22 would be decent as well, and not as common in a 2nd gen
boost > all though

In what condition would you say your car is mechanically?
Personally, I would do a ton of maintenance and preventative maintenace as well. There is no point in dropping money on your car then having it go down shortly-after due to some stupid things. Get the car running 100%.
From there just figure out what your goals are with the car. Also, you can never go wrong with upgrading your suspension, brakes, and/or tires.
Just my 2 cents though.
