Default Piston sizing

I plan on rebuilding my b18b for turbo and I want to keep the stock 81mm bore, no sleeves. My car has 144,xxx miles on it and over time do cylinders wear and get slightly larger bores so that 81mm wont have a perfect fit? If so, would I be better off with an 81.5mm piston?

bump

Edit - I am planning on using aftermarket pistons, just don't know which brand. Arias, cp, wiseco are quality aftermarket pistons, what else should I look for? Thanks for the response.

What is the max size bore I would want to go with stock sleeves? 82mm sounds good to me.
