What is your opinion
When I get on the car and then let off. A bunch of white smoke comes out my exhaust my friend said. He said it was so bad he couldnt see my car and he was about 1 block away. He is saying my piston rings are going bye bye. So can anyone tell me what is going on?

Possibly. Only a compression test will be able to show. Also pull the spark plug and see if there is oil directly on top where it'd create spark. If there is.... it's definatly your rings.
I'm changing my rings out right now on the #4 cylinder. What a bitch. However, when I got on it my car would expell black smoke instead of white.

It could possibly be the valve guide seals b/c of the smoke only happening under high manifold vacuum conditions.
If the head gasket was blown to the point of leaking coolant or if the rings are bad, it would smoke more under higher loads and not at all or so much during low load conditions.
