Default Phillips HID

I just installed a phillips 4300K HID kit on my 00 gs, but the passenger side lamp keeps blowing the 10 fuse, should i replace with a 15?

BTW, which direction screw driver turn makes the lights angle more up? Clockwise or counter?
Thanks

With the stock setting the main spread is hitting the ground 6 feet in front of the car, I've been turning the thing clockwise forever and the spread doesn't seem to have moved. The bubble is all the way too the front now. Is there some point where I will no longer be able to turn the adjustment screw/wheel thing?

there are two adjustment screws per headlight. Odds are you are turning the screw that affects the horizontal spread of the beams, instead of the the vertical which actually determines how high your lights aim
