hi, recently my cel light came on, and is throwing a p1457, manfacurer contrl., Auxiliary emission controls, thats what it sais when i went to advanced and had an ecu reading. any idea what causes the p1457?
i searched but thats all i could find, its a EVAP Control System Leak Detected (Control Canister System)

any ideas what went wrong?

make sure all your vacuum hoses to the charcoal canister (little black **** over by the battery) are hooked up properly.

 

^i;ve tried that and its still on

 

Ive read through searching that the pcv valve can cause this..
also, have you resett he ecu to wait for it to come back on?
