over heating problem ...help ASAP
If I turn my car on for about 25 mins and don't move it the car will start over heating am able to see the gauge go up to 3/4 where it usually be a lil under 1/2..but as soon I start driving it the car will come back to normal..what could causing this problem?.. Burning oil? Radiator ?
has to be the fan. either the motor doesnt work or bad connection, fixed that problem on my friends car yesterday, his car would overheat if at idle for 5 mins or more but when driving it would cool down.

buy some water wetter from kragen or w/e and put that in your rad. and see if that helps, if it doesn't i'd replace thermostat and fan switch for starters
