offset help

offset help

my gsr is lowered about 2 inches. I saw some 17x7 wheels with a 38mm offset with 215/40/17 tires for a decent deal.

Will they fit without rubbing or do I need to roll the fenders?

40mm offset should be rite..i think for 16X7 205/45/16
