OEM body parts source?

I am trying to find an OEM parts reseller, considering I don't want to get raped by the ridiculous inflated pricing at the dealer. Specifically, I am interested in a rear bumper and a front passenger fender for a silver '01 GS coupe.
Once again, this is for my buddy who is serving in Iraq, I don't know much about Integras, this is what I know:
