they are different part numbers.
however, i found this thread where this guy made a wiring harness so you can plug an obd2 dizzy in an obd1 car. here is the link: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1876307
If I were you, Id just skip all that and just buy the correct one.

well i have an ls-vtec setup and put a td44u obd1 dizzy and i think it broke cuz my car wont start so was just wondering what dizzys i could use. i tried my stock ls one but it wont bolt on cuz the vtec pressure switch
