Default OBD1 conversion help!

ok 91 integra i'm trying to convert to obd1. Bought all my wiring from rywire. Now, before i swapped anything the car started perfectly. Now, i changed the dizzy to an obd1, hooked up the dizzy adapter, unplugged the stock ecu and install the conversion harness and my obd1 ecu. Issue is now, it just clicks but does not start! it doesnt really crank like it's suppose to, it just sounds like the starter is just going but nothing else. I also relocated the battery to the trunk so i checked the ground and everything to make sure it was good and weverything was still intact. Any ideas? i really need to get this problem fixed so i can start my turbo kit and have everything ready for the honda meet we're having here next month. Thanks for the help

welll the battery is fine. everything powers up but when i try to crank it, it sounds like the starter is going but its not cranking the motor. like the engine doesnt turn like its suppose to or something. You know the sound that it makes when you try to start the car but its already on? It makes a sound like that. idk why. I swear its something stupid, it always is lol

This is going to be the starter bro,the gear isn't popping out to grab the flywheel.
Have someone tap the starter solenoid has you try starting it,that should jump the gear forward.

Yeah, so that starter problem is fixed but idk what's going on now because it just cranks but doesnt start. Now a friend gave me an obd1 dizzy but i dont it's right for my b18a1 integra because it doesnt bolt up right. But i dont know if its the ecu or the dizzy. My ecu is from pherable and i just burned a stock ls bin. i'm gonna try reburning the chip and convert all over again.

It's not stamped anywhere at all. I know there's usually a sticker on there but this one doesnt have any.
