Default Need some help, Engine not wanting to start after obd-1 conversion

Ok, so I have a 91 civic Si with a d16z6. I just did a rywire obd-1 conversion minus the o2 sensor. I also have a phearable p28. But my car doesn't want to start.

My car started fine with my obd-0 dizzy but something happend and I had to convert to obd-1. Well not had to be felt it was in the best interest of the motor.

So I am not sure what is wrong with it?

Some one on the EF section said it was my timing, but I'm not to sure how to check it.

I see the 3 \ | / marks on the cam gear. and the right mark / is almost facing completely up.

and on the crank pully I see a green arrow that points to a little line on the timing belt, but its pointing almost completely south.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!
