Alright my 99 GSR is throwing a P0141 which is the secondary o2 heater circuit. I already put a brand new bosch universal sensor in but its still throwing it. The 2 circuits on the sensor only read about 3.5 ohms. I checked all the wires back to the ecu and the fuse box and theres no problem with them. One wire reads battery voltage but the one to the ecu reads nothing with the key on and the sensor unplugged. I dont know If both are suppose to have power or not. The reason I had to replace the sensor is the wires cut and grounded out. Can anyone tell me whats going on? Im about stumped and gonna be really pissed if I have to buy another new sensor but cant get and inspection til I get this fixed.
