I will when I get the car back. The o2 sensor was the problem and I told them it needed obd2a sensors. Was I correct in telling them that

OBD1/OBD2 O2 sensors are the same. OBD2 just uses 2 of them. The rear one has a unique pigtail.

You should really tell them you want denso or ntk sensors. Or buy your own from rockauto for a 96-99 integra GSR, if we're being specific.

Sorry man I've been swamped with my college work it's my last year but here's a pic of the headers because I've heard that the headers make the difference but I need to know if I need to buy a ls cat and ls cat back system since its an ls teg. Or a gsr cat and gsr cat back system since it has a b18c1 in an ls. I asked on team integra but they didn't answer my question. And I searched and couldn't get a frame answer

USDM 3G integras had 2 different header lengths.

I believe the GSR coupe from like 98-01 or 98-99 or something had a special "short" header. Your header looks to be the short one. These models also had a longer cat to make up for it.

I am fairly certain that the catbacks were the same for all models within the same body style. Meaning that sedans and coupes had different exhausts. But model does not matter.

To be more clear, any 94-01 integra coupe exhaust should fit any 94-01 integra coupe. Any 94-01 integra sedan exhaust should fit any 94-01 integra sedan.

The ITR had a different DIAMETER exhaust. But a USDM ITR catback will still fit any 94-01 coupe.

I cannot see your cat. Like I said before....the "short" header cars had long cats. The "long" header cars had short cats.

So the only way an exhaust should NOT fit is if you have a combination of long header/long cat...or short header/short cat. In which case, you need a custom length exhaust.

Someone chime in if I'm wrong.

I can't see what cat you have though.

Here's an example.

The car here is a 99 GSR. It has a short header. The (bottom) header I am placing up to it is a long header.

I think only 98-99 GSR's had the short header and long cat. But it may have been more years than that.

I bought the car used. Like I said it needs a new cat and cat back system so the exhaust that's on the car is rigged in the worst ways and is terrible lol but heres some better pictures

I guess

I want to get rid of the whole cat and rest of the system. I just need to know if I should buy an ls cat or gsr cat to accommodate the Megan racing drift spec exhaust in planing to order but I don't know if I need the ls or gsr variant of the exhaust system

The exhaust systems are all the same, as I said. You need one for a coupe.

You have a short header. So you need a direct fit, long body cat for a 99 GSR. The cat you currently have is welded on and aftermarket.

Buy everything as if it was a 99 GSR coupe.

Off topic...doesn't the megan drift spec exhaust is the funniest exhaust I've ever seen. Pure comedy.
