Icon2 nrg quick release

im in the market for a quick release for my gsr but am a bit confused if there is a difference in the first gen to the 3.0 version of the quick release. besides the obvious physical aspect of it, is there any function difference and is it worth getting the more pricey 3.0 version as compared to the older models?

i have the 2.0 with the slim adapter hub and the hub lock. the 2.5 and 3.0 just look different and are "easier" to remove. functionality is the same. save your money, get the 2.0

I have the Gen1 and I like it. I prefer the Gen2 because when you release the wheel, it locks the hub adapter up to the steering, so you dont have to squeeze it closed to re-atach the wheel. I have both Gen1 and Gen2 on my cars and I prefer Gen2

Gen 2 simple to use. Looks cleaner IMO
