i think he meant squeezing. . . .NOS'ing. . . .and I dunno. . i'm not really big on the whole Nitrous Oxide thing. . . I prefer to have my power there all the time, not just when I press a button, and I dont want it to run out either. . . only thing i want to have to fill is my gas... .but i dont think it'll hurt to squeeze during vtec. . . but wouldn't one wnat to squeeze earlier than that??? I dunno though, cuz brian spillner squeezes at 8000rpm into 7th gear. .so who knows. .:cP i'm jp dude. . .

Why would you spray in VTEC? Your overlap would be at it's highest at that point. I would imagine you would squeeze just before vtec engages so that you've already combusted the nitrous and then your exhaust valve would open up to get more air out intake let more air in. You do know what vtec does right?

Edit: Oh and BTW next time I wouldn't call it NOSing, just say spraying or squeezing, because as you stated above, you don't have NOS, you have a Zex nitrous kit.

wrong...if u spray too early you can damage your engine or u will cause detonation and nasty back firing....basically when you spray early its making your engine work extra hard to gain the momentum. Its best to spray when the car already has that momentum and on stock b18's i would say its best to spray around 4k+ rpm

get a zex kit and you'll be sprying only at WOT, being on the btl in vtec is fine, somewhat like turbo gs-r's...

Around 4k rpm. When would that be? Hmmm, let me think, right before VTEC engages
