is this normal for the frt bumper????
My front bumper is a lighter color then the rest of the car. It is a dark green. Also a guy said he could touch it up for me as far as teh rock chips. I need the color code to a 97 dark green integra thanks.
i know the bumper is a diff. material ten the fenders and hood, so that could be a problem.
Your paint code is on the drives inner door frame, it should say something like "paitn"

that is what i thought one of the radiator fans are new the rear is discolored a little as well. I think it got sanwiched. I still need the paint code for the car cause i am getting the bumper repainted it has 2 big chips in it. I was asking cause the paint guy says it is probely normal. the decal has been removed from the door.
If the decal was removed, it was probably resprayed...thats odd.
Go to http://www.paintscratch.com to see the code.
As for the bumpers being different, they are. The fenders/hood is metal while the bumpers are urethane. Many times with darker colors, the urethane parts fade faster than the body panels. Fading is definitely a problem, especially with older dark cars...sounds normal to me. Although the decal should for sure be in the door...if not, I dont see any other reason other than a repaint.
