Default non-vtec to vtec

i was wondering what all is involved in switching from non-vtec to vtec and about how much time, work, and money it would take

get a vtec motor drop it in your motor mounts would work and an ECU and get the vtec connected......

all you need is the ecu and u have to run the knock sensor, vtec, and vtec silenoid. basically 3 extra wires to the ecu and one ground very simple and of course an ecu
