Default Ecu ?

I have a obd1 p 08 ecu and im about to do a vtec swap is there a way to run vtec on a non vtec ecu

There are kits to solder VTEC in non-vtec ECU's. Always saw them, never knew how they actually functioned though.

Doesn't mention an option for P08 ECU's though, hmm.

P08? Are you sure about that? The P08 is for the D15B vtec motor. I'd double check what you have before you go fiddling with ANYTHING.

I got once that there is 2 differnt p 08 ecus vtec & non vtec but not shur looked it up once no luck

The P08 is a JDM D15 VTEC ECU......
