The FI forum is sort of lacking so...

Does anybody have any experience with smaller sized nitrous bottles? such as 5lb and 2lb bottles?
Roughly how many runs could be made on these bottles?
Does anybody know the dimensions of the bottles?

 

it all depends on what size shot you plan on spraying. The bigger the shot the faster the bottle will empty. A 2 lb will probly get you like anywhere from 2-3 passes on a 50 shot. 5 lb maybe 7-8 runs on the track on a 50 shot and 10 will last you well you can figure that out.. also depending how long you have it spraying for. all this goes into account..also bottle pressure. i would say go with 10 lb. 5 is alittle to small..2 forget it.

 

I am wanting to spray a 75 shot MAX. I really just need enough for around 3-4 runs, so i think the 5lber should suit me.
Now all i have to do is find a 5lb bottle that isnt 200 dollars...

 

5 lb SHOULD be good for 3-4 runs on a 75...no guarantees here. but i think with a bottle heater it would work out good.
