Default Next Mod...need advice

Hey guys...just wanted to get some advice in regards to my next mod.

Car: 98 LS teggy
Current engine mods: I/H/E, ignition wires, denso iridiums, grounding kit (as you can see I don't have much)

Now...what to do next...

Save up for cams?
Get FPR?

I just want to see what you guys recommend.
Thanks guys.

Cams / Springs / Retainers / gears / tuning = about $1000

you need cams really before you need to make anymore Airflow or fuel upgrades

if you dont want spend that much right now ... read up on nitrous and buy a wet kit and spray a 50 thats about $500

All that before a FPR?

Yep, all that before a FPR. You don't really have much reason for a FPR yet. Once you get cams you will have dramatically more airflow and more air needs more fuel.

No ****. This is way too low. I paid 180 for my gears, another 200 for install. Cams are like 700 bucks. Retainers and springs like another 200 a piece. Plus install for all that. Your lookin at way over a grand.

New crower cams can be had in the $4xx range .. there springs were like $160 ? with 62403 i didnt need to upgrade the retainers .. some gears for $150-200 ... so you roughly have $200-250 left was $100 an hour for Cam/Dyno tuning ... can get several pulls in an hour if you have your vavle cover cut .... you only need 1hr so you got like 150-100 left if you need some retainers .. i have had my crower 62403z runnin on the upgraded springs only for 30K

i installed everything myself
