my 96 integra wasnt starting so i checked the battery and was still good.i need steps to take out my starter to test if thats the problem.if theres anything else for me to check it would be helpfull

 

So its not cranking at all! Does the instrument lights come on when you turn the key?

no cranking at all and my instrument lights work. the car was all fine like 5 minutes before it happened and it was raining

How did you check the battery? Did you try and jump start it?

took it to NAPA the said was all good. i push started the car
