Default need some help on rust

yeah sup people, i got a Red 1995 acura integra.

and on the bottom of my rear quarter pannels, just under where the type R stickers would be on type r's, jus up above where the body kits sit. i got mad rust holes..

I was gonna do bondo after drilling or griding out the entire rusted area, but then i wanted to weld a plate due to the fact bondo might just bubble back out over time. any ideas on how to approach this ? or what i should do to save money?

It's like cancer. Radical surgery may remove it, but it might come back again anyway if you don't get it all.

Cut and weld makes sense, but it's only as good as the coatings applied to the newly exposed areas (both outer and inner panel surfaces) to prevent future rust.

tru, , but where it is is on the bottom of the quarter panels on the rear, so i cant get the paint inside, so ima cut out the entire bottom section, a half inch higher and longer then the rusted area so i can get it all.

bondo is hella cheaper then welding, if i can keep away from the pricey welding ill have the $ to paint, how can i fill the hole or block it fro mthe inside or w/e so i canstop the bondo from falling threw inside the quarter pannel. when i apply it outside to fill the holes? ?

has any1ever bondo'ed holes and can help me with the process?

I think he may be talking on the quarter panel, right in front of the wheel well and under the trim. Odd place for rust if you ask me, not usual honda rust lol.
