I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here, but I'd say something in the braking system has failed...
It might be a leak somewhere or your MC is cracked, or you've got air in your lines. Try bleeding your brakes. And before you ask how, try searching--both here and at team-integra.

sounds like your hydraulic system isnt holding pressure because of a leak.
the swimming pool problem, is a leak. if its that big i think you should be able to tell where its coming from.

thanks guys..
as for the brake problem ive bled the brakin system many times, ive just did a new brake and rotor job the other day and also replaced the MC as well i still have the same problem..
2 things i can think of would be changing the brake lines but then again i found no leakage from the lines and i dont lose fluid either. if it was the brake booster then the pedal would be hard to press and car wouldnt stop? correct? thats why i changed the master cylinder because that would be the cause of losing pressure and not bein able to stop?
keep the reply's comin i appreciate any info given or idea's
thanks

check booster :
when your foot on the brake car off, start the car, the pedal should sink in about another inch or so. that indicates the booster is boostin.
are you sure your not losing any fluid?
what year, make, and model is the car? rear drums or discs?
how much actual experience do you have doing a brake job?

I have had that same problem 2. That is how i got into an accident. Mine was rear brakes were jacked up. It still does it a bit but i know that that is from the brake booster. What year is your car?? if it is a 94 I have the service manual.
okies i know this one.. i had the exact same problem you have now. i took it to my mechanic in aus and found that the seals(dont ask me what seals he told me seals) on the brake master have worn down. now apparently when this happens the whole brake master needs to be replaced. this i have to say cost alot as honda parts in aus is really expensive. but on the side not. he said he tried bleeding the brakes as well before replacing the brake master and the same problem was occuring over and over again. so im not sure if its a problem that wont require you to replace the brake master
i had the same trunk problem... There are 2 silver spacers on the trunk hatch... i'm assuming that you have the 3 door coupe? well, take 1 of the spacers off. Then seal that foam gasket that goes around the taillights (you'll need to take off the plastic in the trunk to get to the taillights) im not sure of the name of the sealant that you use, but its super sticky and yellow... so go to kregan and ask em. bring in the foam material to show them that that is what you need to seal. gl
lmao i just fixed this yesterday.. cost me 152 w/o labor .. your master clyinder is dying.. i used to get scared man the car wouldnt stop
or even when i am at a light and idling i lay my foot on the break without any pressure and it goes down
.. but u have done this.. so **** i'm stumped.. maybe u got a bad MC? o

To bench bleed the master cylinder.....
Attach rubber lines to the fittings where the brake lines would normaly go.
leed those lines into the master cylined resivor.
fill the master cylinder and hand pump the piston til there is no more air in the lines.
Normal brake bleeding can miss air in the master cylider.
