Need a Quick Answer Itr Lip
ok this is what i did. i ordered my bumper from honda wo. the bottom piece. then i ordered the comptech itr lip. i just got it today and it seems quite small. is it a piece that goes over the existing bottom oem bumper or is it the bottom air dam itself? please someone clear this up for me.

You probably got a '94-'97 bumper.
They come in 2 pieces. An upper and lower part. The lip attaches to the lower part. The lip does not include or make up the bottom part as a whole.
