Need new engine quick, help
Hey, a friend of mine hydrolocked his engine the other day and I'm posting this for him...
He has a 1995 LS.
He decided to just replace the engine, and is trying to decide what to get. Here's what we'ver deduced so far:
Buying a new LS is cheaper and seems pretty logical. If he does that, what should he do to build it up?
A B20 engine doesn't seem smog legal here in CA.
He was considering the LS/Vtec, but I don't know if those pass smog, and seeing as I'm workin right now I can't do the research on it. Anyways, any feedback would be great.
