Default Need help Wiring problem!!

So here is my dilema. I just bought a 01' LS. Its got a fully built motor and also a turbo kit from dynamic turbo. For fuel management its got a vortech FMU and it also has an Apex'i V-AFC, and Cybernation Black Magic (thing). Now as it sits the car doesnt start. At first it wasnt getting any spark so i changed the ignition coil, plugs, cap, and rotor. Im getting spark. But the car will still not start. I think the cam seals are bad also cause aparently right before the car broke down the kid said that oil shot everywhere. Ive ordered the camseals and they should be here on tuesday. But thats besides the point. Now here is the tricky part. I was thinking that it could be the timing but i still havent checked that. My other theory is that it could be a computer problem. I took a look at where the computer was and found that Cybernation Black Box. Its spliced in to some if the wires that go directly to the ecu. When I found it there was a black wire and a blue wire that were disconnected(coming from the black box). I also found a fusia colored wire, a pink colored wire, and an orange wire, that was cut(from engine to ecu).

There is no Check engine light and I think it has something to do with that Cybernation Black Box. I dont really know too much about it but from what Ive heard, the black magic box is not good. The car has only 50k miles. If anyone has any ideas please let me know ....hopefully I can get this thing running.
