Need Help with starting problem

93 Integra gs starting problem
Need help, car is a 93 integra GS stock no modifications yet. When I turn my key all to ignition I hear nothing. All the lights are on and everything is normal, I tested the starter the car started. Is it my starter relay or ignition switch. Need help fast. Car still won't start when I turn the key.
