I have 97 GSR with low miles and am very disappointed with the lack of torque this thing puts out... I have 2000 dollars saved up and I am still open for suggestions. What should I do? Keep in mind that I am a daily driver on a budget so I am not wanting to make huge horsepower, All I want is some daily driven torque...

 

if you want torque go buy a different car

 

It just depends on how much tourqe you want... Do you want a Big Block V8 tourqe or a lot for a 4 banger tourqe?
