Need help rather quickly, going insane.
Guys ok, I got my license back today, I got my car repainted while it was suspended and got it back and stored it in a garage, when I took to the body shop everything was working just fine and I just took everything including the face plate out of the car. I got it back and stored it.
Today I drove it to school cause my license got unsuspended today and the CD player will NOT come on, and the clock doesnt work. All the underdash fuses and the ones under the hood are fine, none are blown. My whole climate control unit works, the lights and stuff, the cigarette lighter works, the sunroof works, everything works except for my cd player and clock. I took the cd player out, my interior is in pieces as I type this. I took my stock tape player and hooked it up and it works fine, wtf?! I hooked up my subharness for the cd player and used a voltmeter to test the constant wire when it came through the harness, where it plugs into the cd player, 1.40V? shouldnt it be 12V? I tested it at the main plug before my subharness and the same thing, 1.40V. I tested the SWITCHING power and it works fine, switchs between about 13V and 8V, I used several grounds for these tests. I believe it should be a 12V constant shouldnt it? Why is it only 1.40V? What could be causing the clock not work?!
The only thing the body shop did was remove my rear interior pieces, none of the door panels or dash... the battery kept going dead and they would have to recharge it a bunch of times in the shop and everytime they did the alarm would go off, the first couple times it went off they disconnected the battery instead of using the key to do it. I really hope it isnt my cd player, it is brand new, the fuse is still fine on it. It is a Alpine CDA-9815, I have a 95 Integra LS.
Someone please try to help me, i'm going nuts here... I am open to any and all suggestions!

Sorry, but I'm secretly married to Elisha Cuthbert and Sandra Bullock. It's hush hush, so don't tell anybody....not even my wives.
The symptoms were classic blown back-up fuse. Glad I could help.
Take an easy.
