can anyone help me out about installing cams. do you just bolt on the cam gears and put the timing belt back on and lay them in there?

 

By the way you said that I would get a mechanic that knows what he is doing. Screwing up a cam install can be very pricey.

If you feel confident that you can do it, get a Helms shop manual before starting.

 

Unless you have someone that knows what they are doing to help you out, it may be a better idea to get it done professionally. It's simple, but that's for people that have done it before. Plus, you may want to get a Helms manual too if you plan on working on your own car. The Helms manual is the bible!
