NEED HELP I AM NEW 2 THIS
I HAVE A 93 TEG .. I WANT BRIGHTER HEAD : LIGHTS....I WAS WONDERING SHOULD I BUY A HID CONVERSATION KIT... OR JUST PUT IN HID BULBS... IF SO WHERE CAN I BUY A HID CONVERSATION KIT AT???? THANKS 4 THE HELP...

neither.. do a retrofit.
It's where you take projectors and everything from a oem hid equipped car and fit them onto your car.
The problem with hid kits is that they can cause glare and uneven hot spots.

well if your current halogen bulbs havnt been replaced in a while, try replacing them.. they may just be old and worn out.
