Need help on fuel pump install
Ok my friend has a 94 gs-r and just bought the new holley forced induction in tank pump my question is can I acess it from under the seat or do I have to drop the tank?
its easy..
hardest part is lining up the bolt to get the seat back down... dont drop it.
ok careful to not strip the lil bolts.... and its easier w/ less gas in the car.
another thing...
bring a towel to hold the damp old pump w/.
and another thing...
open the windows and do most of the work out side of the car if you can.

Not hard @ all. You can access the metal cover underneath the rear seat, and its the painfully obvious shiny metal lookin thing. Theres a couple bolts around the edges of it, I think they were 12mm ones, then pop the top off and out comes the fuel pump attached to the bottom. Then it's just a plug and play affair after that. If you dont wanna get gas on the floor try de-pressurizing the fuel lines.
Good Luck
