I was trying to mount my HID ballasts in the driver side fender, but of course the front bumper needs to be removed. I know how to remove the front bumper, but the last two 10mm bolts on the bottom gave me trouble. No matter how much I loosened the bolt, it would not come out! It's the two bolts holding the splashguard to the frame. Any ideas on how to remove these 2 bolts? Thanks

I have read that article, besides I know how to remove the front bumper. I'm just having trouble getting the two 10mm bolts under the car loose. Thanks anyway.
